Divide the total number of programs by the number in each box.

Now think about the remainder. The answer is either 10 or 11.

Multiply:

11 × 10 = 110

11 × 11 = 121

10 boxes (110 programs) is not enough. 11 boxes (121 programs) is correct. The printing company will need to use 11 boxes.
