Salim sat on the front steps of his new house, reading a Moon Kids book. His grandparents were unpacking boxes inside. Salim had ripped open his box of Moon Kids books right away.

Salim loved how brave the Moon Kids were. The Moon Kids lived on Earth. At night, they flew to the moon to help space animals who lived there.

Salim felt the sun on his back. Even though it was winter, it was warm here in Florida. It had been snowing when they left Minnesota with the moving truck. He wondered if his friends back home were playing in the snow right now. He wondered if it ever snowed here.

"Wake up!" yelled Emmie. She put her toy monkey in Topher's face.

After Topher got out of his bed, he folded it up. This made it turn into a couch. Topher liked their RV. It was a huge van that they could eat, sleep, and play in.

"Morning, Topher!" said Mom. She and Dad were in the front seats, planning today's drive. "Are you ready for High Point?"

"Yes!" shouted Topher.

At High Point, they always played games around a campfire. But the best part of High Point was the boat parade! Every Sunday night, people put colorful lights on their boats and sailed around the lake.
