Looking for something new to do with an old toy? You could try a hobby called "toy voyaging." With toy voyaging, your toy gets to take a trip by itself!

First, you sign your toy up on a special website. Then, you send it to a person somewhere around the world.

Your toy gets to do fun things with the person. It might get to go to a park, on a picnic, or even up a mountain. The person takes pictures of your toy and puts them on the website. That way, you can see what your toy is doing.

But what happens if you miss your toy? You can just ask the person to send it home.

What is the best way to catch a wave? Just ask a surfer!

Surfers swim out from the beach on surfboards to wait for the right wave. When the right wave comes, surfers stand up on their boards and ride. They call this "catching" a wave.

Some surfers do fun moves while they ride a wave. One surf move is called a snap. A snap causes a lot of water to shoot up into the air above a surfer's head.

Even the best surfers fall a lot when they ride waves. So, many surfers use a leg rope to tie their board to one of their legs. That way they do not lose their board in the water when they fall off.

How do surfers "catch" waves?

They fall off their boards into the waves.

They stand up on their boards and ride them.

They grab water that sprays up in the air.
